Evaluation System
TRANSPORTES, SERVICIOS Y TELECOMUNICACIONES
1. TST will acknowledge receipt of all the texts sent to its Editorial Board within a maximum period of 15 days. Each original received will be anonymously evaluated by two outside specialists who in no case will be members of the publishing house or the Editorial Board. The reviewers will send a report within a month by means of a standardized form delivered to them by the journal editor. This report will be assessed by the Editorial Board within a maximum period of two months in order to decide on the publication, modification or rejection of the paper received.
2. The author will receive a reasoned report about the definitive acceptance, proposal of modifications or rejection of their text. In the first case, the author must send the final version for its publication. In the second case, the author must make the changes required by the reviewers in order for their paper to be published in the journal, once the Editorial Board has verified that such modifications were made. In both cases, the author will receive an anonymous copy of the reviewers’ report. Finally, in the event that the publication of the paper is rejected, the editor will send a report arguing the decision not to publish the submitted text.
3. Every year in its December issue the journal will publish a list with the references of the outside reviewers and the appreciation for their contribution.
